Booking and Confirmation
- Booking Process: All bookings for transfers and tours must be made through our website, email, or via phone. Bookings are considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking reference number along with detailed information regarding the date, time, and location of your transfer or tour.
Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit card, M paisa, My Cash, online transfer and other payment methods specified on our booking platform.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For certain tours, deposits may be required with the remaining balance due before the service date.
- Currency: All payments are made in Fijian Dollars (FJD) unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour or transfer will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour or transfer are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or transfer or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
- Modifications:

- Changes to the booking (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Any changes requested within 48 hours may incur additional charges or be subject to availability.
- In the case of a price difference when changing the tour or transfer type, the customer will be required to pay the additional amount if applicable.
No Show and Delayed Arrivals
- No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled transfer or tour, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Late Arrival: If you are running late for a scheduled transfer or tour, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate delays, but we cannot guarantee availability, and this may impact your overall experience.
Special Requests
- Child Seats: Child car seats or booster seats are available upon request. Please ensure you request these at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance
- We recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies, and other potential risks associated with travel.
Health and Safety
- Physical Fitness: Certain tours may require participants to be in a reasonable state of physical health. If you have any concerns regarding your health, please consult a doctor before booking. Some tours may not be suitable for pregnant women, those with serious medical conditions, or individuals with mobility issues.
- Safety Briefing: All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our staff during the tour or transfer. Failure to do so may result in being excluded from the activity without a refund.
Weather and Force Majeure
- Weather Conditions: If weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed with a tour or transfer, we reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the service. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
- Force Majeure: Premier Transfers and Tours Fiji is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or government restrictions.
Liability and Insurance
- Limitation of Liability: Premier Transfers and Tours Fiji is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that occurs during the tour or transfer, except where such damage is caused by our negligence. We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
- Insurance Coverage: All our vehicles and services are insured in accordance with local laws. We do not provide personal accident or travel insurance, so you are advised to arrange your own coverage.

We only collect the information necessary to process your booking and communicate with you regarding your transfer or tour.
